THANK YOU INKED BACKGROUND USING REPOSITIONABLE DOTS

Hi, AJ here today with a card using a new to me technique using EZ-Dots Repositionable Adhesive.

The background on my card is made from the EZ Dots Repositionable and ink.

Start with your card base, a ruler, and your adhesive.   (I used a ruler to help *try* keep my lines straight)  Start on one edge and simply work your way over, rolling out adhesive across the whole card front.

When you are finished, you should see the little dots across the whole card front.

I decided on my colors and chose Citrine pigment ink from ColorBox.  Taking the pad, just start inking al over your card front, lightly, as evenly as possible.

Continue until your card front is covered, you can see where it is still white in some areas, and while the ink is still wet, you can smudge it around more.

Here my card front is fully inked and ready for the next step!

I used an adhesive remover, but you can use your finger, a towel, or anything to wipe off the EZ Dots.

Repeat the process with your focal point, using the Aqua pigment ink this time.

Close up of my stamped sentiment.  After you remove the adhesive from the square, stamp your sentiment, adhere to a blue die cut, and attach to card front with 3D Foam Squares.

You can create your own backgrounds that cover the whole card front, or in smaller patterns.
