Hi there- AJ here to share a card with you using the Dodz™ adhesives dots.
I have a thing for these…I use them for EVERYTHING! To hold ribbon bows down, to attach flowers to cards, attach buttons or other embellies. You name it, I use these for it!
I adhered my patterned paper layers to my card using E-Z Runner Permanent Strips.
To put my flower together, I adhere a few Dodz to the backside of each layer, and onto the tops of my leaves.
When the flower is all assembled, I adhere it to the card with 3D Foam Squares. (My other must have!) Not too often do I have flat card. ever. never ever! 
I top my flower off with a black bling and it’s ready to go!
