Hello there! Latisha here with you today. Do you ever want to make a card, but you just don’t want to stamp? I get that way too sometimes. I pulled out my Into the Woods 6×6 pattern paper pad from Lawn Fawn, the matching flair and decided to make a shaped card. For me, I really love to make shaped cards, they are different and keep things fun…plus if I’m telling the truth, your friends think you are fancy when you do this lol. My friends who do not craft, do not understand punches or dies/die cutting, so I honestly believe that they think I can just cut a perfect circle…and I’m ok with them believing that.
Using an off white cardstock, I die cut two circles using the Lawn Fawn Circle Cuts, an adhered them together using the E-Z Dots Permanent dispenser. This created the circle shaped base of the card.
Next, using the next smallest circle die in the set, I die cut several pieces of pattern paper, cut them how I wanted, and then again adhering them together using the E-Z Dots Permanent.
To add dimension to the card, I adhered 3D Foam Squares to the back of the pattern paper panel, and adhered it to the card base. The tag was die cut as well using a Lawn Fawn die. The tag as well as the the flair, where both adhered to the card using 3D Foam Squares.
