Hello! AJ here with a fun little treat container for gift giving!
Who doesn’t love a little treat container festively dressed up and filled with their most favorite little treats? These happen to be filled with holiday mints, but you can fill them with anything that fits inside.
To get started, die cut your pillow boxes from patterned paper. I placed a strip of our Extreme Double-Sided Tape on the long end of both flaps, and just one curved end flap.
Peel the backing off of the strip on the curved end, line it up with the matching end and adhere. Now you will have both long flaps to secure. Remove the backing off each strip one at a time and adhere to it’s corresponding edge. Now your boxes are ready to fill. Make sure to leave one end open to fill them, and to make opening easier for the recipient.
You can dress up your boxes with coordinating ribbons, paper, sequins etc. I tied a big piece of tulle around each one, and tied it off with some twine. I then adhered a tag of die cut circles adhere to each other with E-Z Squares® Refillable.
These are just so fun to create and fill, I can’t wait to hand them out next. 😉
