Hi everyone, Yvonne<\/a> here. With the holiday season coming up it\u2019s time to start making Christmas cards! The Glittery Star Holiday Card I made is super quick and easy to create, so great for beginner cardmakers and those who have to create many cards. Come on and let\u2019s make the card together!<\/p>\n

Glittery Star Card Base<\/h2>\n

First, create a folded kraft card base. Then adhere a white card panel on the front with the E-Z Runner\u00aeGrand Refillable Dispenser<\/a> as your adhesive. Next, layer a blue patterned card panel.<\/p>\n

\"Glittery<\/figure>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with 3D Foam Star<\/h2>\n

To create the glittery effect on this Christmas card, I will use the Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/a> technique. This concept is bringing your adhesives from under layers to the front to make decorative accents and\/or a focal point on a project!<\/p>\n

Start with the largest size 3D Foam Star<\/a> and center it on the card front. Then remove the top liner and cover with copper glitter over the exposed adhesive on the star. Rub the glitter into the shape to secure and tap off the excess. Designer’s Note: to get those pesky glitter still left on the card, use a soft brush to remove them.<\/p>\n

Now randomly add some 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a> around the glittered star as accents. Next, peel off the liner and this time cover them with white holographic glitter. Just repeat the glittering steps to finish embellishing.<\/p>\n

The Sentiment<\/h2>\n

For a finishing touch, I added a Merry Christmas sentiment. I used my Dymo Label maker to print out the sentiment and then matted it onto a white banner. Lastly, adhere to the card using 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n
