I can hardly believe it&#8217;s the end of January already! That means Valentine&#8217;s Day is just around the corner so I put together this Valentine Heart Collage Card. Peel liners and attach the collage frame over the embossed panel. Use the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-dots-r-permanent-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to apply adhesive to the back and secure it to the black mat. Peel the liner from one heart and cover it with magenta or purple foil from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01401-metallic-transfer-foil-sheets-variety\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Variety Colors<\/a>. Make sure the color is facing you. Use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-dots-r-permanent-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to apply adhesive to the back and attach it to the black mat. Then roll the adhesive along the back edges and secure it over the center of the collage on the card front.
