Hi everyone, Yvonne<\/a> here with a Modern Lines and Dots Card using the Wear Your Adhesives on the Outside technique<\/a>. This card is fairly easy to create and suitable for beginner cardmakers. All you need is our adhesives, glitter, and embossing powder to melt. I would love to share how I made the card. Wanna join me?<\/p>\n

\"Modern<\/figure>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with Crafty Power Tape<\/h2>\n

Start with the line design by placing diagonal lines with the Crafty Power Tape Dispenser 81ft<\/a> onto a soft grey piece of cardstock. Determine what embossing powder colors to use, I used silver and gold. Take one liner off, and cover the exposed adhesive with embossing powder (press the powder into it to secure). Tap off excess and heat to melt. Repeat this step until all the lines are colored. This what you call the Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/a> technique.<\/p>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with 3D Foam Circles<\/h2>\n

With the same Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside<\/a> technique, create the dotted elements with glitter. Place both small and regular size 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a> between the lines of the card panel. Remove the liners and sprinkle gold and silver glitter on the exposed circle adhesives. Make sure to rub the glitter to secure before tapping off the excess.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Assemble the Modern Lines and Dots Card<\/h2>\n

Mat the top card panel onto a darker grey card panel. Next, adhere the layered panel to a white card base, using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a> for all the layers. <\/p>\n

And voil\u00e1 your Modern Lines and Dots Card is ready. Designer’s Tip:<\/strong> add a sentiment banner to the card to create the occasion you need…just pop it up using 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n
