Hi, Judy<\/a> here today! This Patchwork Note Card is made with 1-inch squares of patterned paper adhered to cream cardstock featuring Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6in.<\/a> It’s a great design to use up small scraps of patterned papers. By adding a different sentiment, this card can easily be made for other occasions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\"Patchwork<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n

Cut the Patchwork Card Papers<\/h2>\n

Create the card base by folding in half a 5.5 x 8.5-inch rectangle from cream cardstock to form an A2-size (4.25 x 5.5-inch) standard base.<\/p>\n

Cut a 3.25 x 4.25-inch rectangle and a strip measuring .375 x 2.75-inch from the same cream cardstock.<\/p>\n

From three different patterned papers, cut four 1-inch squares for a total of 12 squares.<\/p>\n

To mat the patchwork panel, cut a 3.75 x 4.75-inch green patterned paper rectangle.<\/p>\n

Make the Patchwork Design<\/h2>\n

Partially peel back liner on Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6in.<\/a> and place squares on adhesive. Replace the liner and rub over all squares on the front and back. Remove liner, place scrap paper over squares and rub to transfer excess adhesive from between squares, and remove.<\/p>\n

Peel a square from adhesive and place on 3.25 x 4.25 inch cream rectangle. Continue to place squares on cream cardstock leaving a tiny space between each one. Squares can be repositioned if not pressed too firmly in place. Once all squares are in place rub firmly to set. An adhesive eraser can be used to remove any excess adhesive along edges of squares. <\/p>\n

Mat the Panel<\/h2>\n

Use E-Z Runner\u00ae Petite Permanent Dots Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to apply adhesive to back and fasten to green patterned paper. Then apply adhesive to the back of it with E-Z Runner\u00ae Petite Permanent Dots Refillable Dispenser<\/a> and fasten it to the card front.<\/p>\n

The Sentiment<\/h2>\n

Stamp sentiment on narrow strip of cream cardstock with Twilight ink. Punch .125 inch hole in left end. Thread ribbon through hole and tie a bow.<\/p>\n

Place small squares of Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> on back of sentiment strip, peel liners and fasten to card front.<\/p>\n
