Hello scrappy friends! Tracy<\/a><\/strong> here, and today I have this bright layered layout to share. Here are all of the details on how I created it.<\/p>\n

Let’s Get Started<\/h2>\n

I chose white cardstock as the background for my bright layered layout. Then I cut the large triangle pieces from patterned paper and a narrow strip with torn ends to go across the background. Adhere these pieces to the layout using E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Mat the cropped 4×6 in white cardstock using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a> Cut a mat from green patterned paper and adhere it and the matted photo to the background using Crafty Foam Tape Black<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Start choosing embellishments for your bright and layered layout. Add some straight to the layout and then add others using 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> for extra dimension to your bright layered layout.<\/p>\n

Continue adding embellishments. Use a combo of Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a> and 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> adding dimension between layers. <\/p>\n
