Hi, everyone! When planning a family dinner or a special meal for friends, try this Unique Fall Place Card for a handmade touch on the table. Teri<\/a> here to show you how to create these special accents for your Thanksgiving, Christmas or other occasion dinners!<\/p>\n

Create the Fall Place Card<\/h2>\n

For an unconventional item, you’ll need a hard plastic baseball card holder for each place card! Place some flat sequins inside. Cut a small piece of 3D Foam Strip LG<\/a> (or Crafty Foam Tape 13ft.<\/a>) to fit in the holder. Don’t worry if it goes all the way across the top. Adhere it inside the holder.<\/p>\n

Add Patterned Paper<\/h2>\n

Cut a patterned paper rectangle to the size of the place card. This will be the foundation to place all the strips of patterned paper. Determine your design of papers, adhere with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Petite Permanent Dots Dispenser<\/a>. Trim the excess and adhere the rectangle to the back of the card holder.<\/p>\n

To cover the 3D Foam Strip, cut a piece of patterned paper to place on the top of the card holder. Fold it in half and place the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a> all over the patterned paper piece to put it over the top of the holder.<\/p>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with 3D Foam Creative Shapes and Foil<\/h2>\n

Randomly add some 3D Foam Leaves<\/a> on the front of your place card. Remove the top liner and place a piece of bronze foil from the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets in Nature Colors<\/a> on top of the adhesive with the color side facing you. Rub to transfer the color and peel off to reveal the color. Reapply foil in missed areas. Repeat the foiling steps for the rest. <\/p>\n

Use the small circles from the 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a> and foil to add more accents.<\/p>\n

Fall Place Card Names<\/h2>\n

Write a greeting and the guest’s name with stamps and\/or a pen on a white cardstock strip. Use 3D Foam Strips Large White<\/a> to adhere it to the place card.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Create the Easel Feature<\/h2>\n

Make a small easel to set up your place card! I cut a strip of 2 x 8.5″ white cardstock, fold it in half and seal it up with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips<\/a> to give it strength. Next, fold the bottom into a 1″ flap. Then fold the other side in half and staple at the top to anchor the easel. Set your place card on it.<\/p>\n
