Make a Foundation for the Hexagon Grid Card Base<\/h2>\n

In my stash, I found some wonderful newsprint tissue paper and hand-torn a thick border. On a standard A2 (5.5 x 4.25″) white cardstock card base, I adhere it with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Create the Hexagon Grid Design<\/h2>\n

With two hexagon craft dies, I die-cut the larger one with patterned paper and the smaller one with the 3D Foam Creative Sheets Small White<\/a>. You will need four of each size. Place the larger ones on the card front in a grid format using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with 3D Foam Creative Sheets<\/h2>\n

Center the smaller hexagons on top of the larger ones by removing the bottom liner. Next, peel off the top liner to one and place a piece of teal foil from the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets Variety Colors<\/a> on top of the exposed adhesive (color side facing you). Gently rub to transfer the color and remove to reveal the finished results! Repeat the foiling steps with the rest of the hexagons.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

To finish, trim a piece of the leftover 3D Foam Creative Sheets Small White<\/a> (cutting from the hexagons) to fit the back of the sentiment strip. Place underneath the hexagon grid design…done!<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
