The full moon, dark colors, and its eerie vibe are perfect for this card. It covers the design with edge-to-edge adhesives &#8211; think sticker! Apply a sheet of &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/adhesive-sheets-4-x-6-slash-10-x-15cm\">Adhesive Sheets 4x6inch<\/a> onto a piece of black cardstock panel, rub it into the cardstock to transfer the adhesive to it. Next, die-cut the twig background with the adhesive-back cardstock. First temporary adhere a circle stencil mask onto a white cardstock panel with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-dots-r-repositionable-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m-1\">E-Z Dots\u00ae Repositionable Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Use dark blue and purple ink with an ink blending tool to create the background for the Halloween Moonlight Card. Next, use the moon detailed stencil on the inked moon and apply dark yellow ink with an ink blending tool. Remove the stencil and let dry.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-assemblying-the-layers\">Assemblying the Layers<\/h2>\n<p>Remove the liner of the twig top card panel and adhere on the inked background. Trim the edges to fit the top card panel.
