Hi, friends! Do you like to use non-traditional products to make cards and scrapbook pages? Teri<\/a> here to show you a fun way to use decorative paper napkins on this Hi You Paper Napkin Card!<\/p>\n

Pick any paper napkin with a design you like and pair it with 3D Foam Frames<\/a> and Metallic Transfer Foil<\/a> for a really cool look! Read on to learn more.<\/p>\n

Make a Background with a Paper Napkin<\/h2>\n

Cover a piece of cardstock with the Dual Tip Glue Pen<\/a>. Designer’s Tip: <\/strong>Use a brush to help make an even coat of glue or use a rubber glove to spread with a finger. Next, peel one layer of the napkin and place it on the panel. Let dry – I left mine overnight to completely dry.<\/p>\n

Place a few 3D Foam Frames<\/a> on the panel. I used different sizes. Once you determine placement, cut them out to make your rectangle accents.<\/p>\n

Design the Card Panel<\/h2>\n

Place and adhere your frames to your panel with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Also, I left part of the frames hanging off the edge before trimming the excess. Stamp a sentiment on the panel with black ink.<\/p>\n

Frames were foiled with a piece of silver foil from the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets<\/a>. Simply remove the liner from one of the frames to place the foil color side facing you over the exposed adhesive. Gently rub the foil to transfer the color. Peel off for the easy reveal! Reapply the foil in missed areas. Repeat the foiling steps on the other frame. Mat the panel to a piece of cardstock and then onto your card.<\/p>\n

How to Hide a Mistake<\/h2>\n

Wanted to share a boo-boo on the sentiment on my card – it was crooked. So, I stamped a second time on a strip of cardstock and trimmed it to fit on the card. But this time, I used 3D Foam Strips<\/a> to give it some pop, and it also covered up my mistake. LOL!<\/p>\n

Finish the Card<\/h2>\n

To complete and give the card some more bling, I added a few sequins but you can use gems or some other small embellishments.<\/p>\n
