Hi folks, it’s Jingle<\/a> here today and I am excited to share this super fun Let’s Hang Out Spider Card with a little spook and a little sparkle! This card is not difficult to create and it has just enough of those extra touches to make it special.<\/p>\n

Spider Card Prep<\/h2>\n

For the focal point, I stamped the spider shape on yellow-green cardstock with black ink. Then die-cut it with its coordinating die. Set aside to work on the spider web.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Create the Card Panel<\/h2>\n

First, cut a 4 x 5.25″ black cardstock panel as the base for the design. For the web string, place a single 3D Foam Strip<\/a> from the top to where you want your spider. Trim off any excess. Remove the top liner and cover the strip with glitter. Press to secure and tap off the excess. Makes it really sparkle against the black!<\/p>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with Adhesive Sheets<\/h2>\n

To add a bit of sparkle to the spider, apply a piece of Adhesive Sheets 4 x 6in.<\/a> on the back of the yellow-green cardstock and die-cut the heart that matches the spider’s back. Peel the liner off and dip the heart into the glitter. Rub to secure and tap off the excess. Adhere it to the spider with Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Then adhere the spider to the panel with 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>. The black squares would also work well for this project. <\/p>\n

Finish It Out<\/h2>\n

Stamp and die cut the sentiment and adhere with a 3D Foam Strip<\/a>. Use the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Dots Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to mat the black panel to a green layer (cut it just an 1\/8th of an inch larger on all sides). Finally, use Crafty Power Tape <\/a> to place the layered panel to the card base.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
