Hi everyone, Yvonne<\/a> here. Leaves are coloring and falling\u2026Inspired by that thought, I made my Embossed\u00a0and Inked Fall Card. Although perfect for Fall, simply add a sentiment and make it into a Thanksgiving card.<\/p>\n

\"Embossed<\/figure>\n

Create the Embossed Top Card Panel<\/h2>\n

First emboss the Kraft cardstock with a beautiful leaf embossing folder. To highlight the embossed surface, I used a dark brown ink pad with an ink blending tool to color the raised areas. Next, I used a soft pink chalk ink and gently rubbed over the embossed parts to give more dimensional effect. <\/p>\n

Trim the embossed and inked cardstock into a card panel size.<\/p>\n

Card Base<\/h2>\n

First adhere a piece of purple velvet ribbon around the embossed panel using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Using the same tape runner, mat the embossed piece on a green cardstock panel and then place the layered panel on a white card base.<\/p>\n

Embellish the Embossed and Inked Fall Card Front<\/h2>\n

To embellish the card, I used fabric leaves and fussy cut images. Adhere the leaves onto the card using Adhesive Dots Large<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Then adhere the fussy cut images using the same adhesive dots. The yellow pumpkin was adhered using Thin 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a> to add a subtle lift.<\/p>\n

And voil\u00e1, the Embossed and Inked Fall Card is ready! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial and wish you happy Fall and\/or Thanksgiving crafting!<\/p>\n
