Hi, friends! Did you know you can use flock with our adhesives to make a fun striped background? Teri<\/a> here to do just that with 3D Foam Strips<\/a> and Premium Double-Sided Tape<\/a>! I\u2019ll also show you how to put together a super cute Hello Floral Card!<\/p>\n

Make the Hello Floral Card Panel<\/h2>\n

Use a white cardstock panel as the base to apply a combination of 3D Foam Strips Large White<\/a> and Premium Double-Sided Tape 1in<\/a> for an alternating stripe pattern of width and height. Or mix it up to your desired look. Trim off excess off the edges of the panel.<\/p>\n

Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside with Flock<\/h2>\n

Remove the release papers on the strips and cover them with white flock. I used the same color but you could mix it up by using different colors. If you decide to go that route, apply each flock color to one strip at a time to keep from mixing colors together.<\/p>\n

Assemble the Card Layers<\/h2>\n

Create your own patterned card mat by adhering a combination of different designs to a card panel using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Then pop up the flocked striped panel on the patterned card mat with 3D Foam Strips<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Create the Floral Cluster<\/h2>\n

Arrange floral die-cut shapes in a cluster design. Designer’s Tip: <\/strong>Use a piece of Premium Double-Sided Tape 1in<\/a> to help determine placement before committing. Once the design is decided, mount the floral cluster on the card front with 3D Foam Strips Large White<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Add any additional die-cuts to your panel with 3D Foam Squares Regular Size<\/a> for an extra little pop.<\/p>\n

Add a Sentiment and Embellishments<\/h2>\n

For the greeting, I used a sticker sentiment and for extra security. I added a piece of Premium Double-Sided Tape 1in<\/a> because I was worried it would not hold well with the flock I used.<\/p>\n

Complete the Hello Floral Card by adding a few more small flower die-cuts or stickers to it with Adhesive Dots Micro<\/a>. It’s a perfect size!<\/p>\n
