\"3L<\/a>1. \u00a0After cutting out my Silhouette file, using the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L EZ Runner<\/a>, apply adhesive to the edges and seal.<\/p>\n

\"3L<\/a>2. \u00a0Cut out panel.<\/p>\n

3. Stamp images onto the pattern paper. (Lawn Fawn)<\/p>\n

4. Apply Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L White Photo Corners<\/a> to each corner.<\/p>\n

5. \u00a0Color in camera using Copic Markers.<\/p>\n

6. \u00a0Apply Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam squares (white, regular)<\/a> on the back of the \u00a0panel.<\/p>\n

7. \u00a0Tie twine around the panel.<\/p>\n

\"3L<\/a>8. \u00a0Using Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L EZ Runner<\/a>, adhere die cuts to the front of the envelope.<\/p>\n

9. \u00a0Adhere the panel to the envelope.<\/p>\n

10. \u00a0Apply sequins to the envelope using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Dodz Small<\/a>.<\/p>\n

11. \u00a0Add stickers to create sentiment.<\/p>\n
