Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! It’s Kelly here to share a photo frame I designed for this special occasion.<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame1\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I designed this “Jar of Hearts” on the left side of the frame using 3D Foam Hearts<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"KellyKLapsteinHeartFrame2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I also heat embossed and layered two 3D Foam Hearts<\/a> to create this cute element:<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

That sparkly frame around the photo is made by applying glitter to Crafty Power Tape<\/a>. I adhered the jar and heart embellishments to the frame using 3D Foam Squares<\/a> and Dodz Medium<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Here is a step-by-step photo tutorial on how I created the Jar of Hearts.<\/p>\n

I used the following supplies: 3D Foam Hearts<\/a>, white wire, pink pigment ink and embossing powder.<\/p>\n

First, I placed the end of the wire in the centre of the sticky side of one 3D Foam Heart<\/a>:<\/p>\n

Next I layered a second 3D Foam Heart<\/a> directly on top, to sandwich the wire between.<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame7\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I removed the backing to expose the sticky sides of both hearts.<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame8\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I dipped the double 3D Foam Heart<\/a> into my container of pink embossing powder:<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame9\"<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame10\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Then I heated the embossing powder to set it.<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame11\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I wanted to add a couple more layers of embossing powder to get a glossy finish so I pressed the cooled 3D Foam Heart<\/a> into the pink pigment ink pad.<\/p>\n

I also inked the edges of the foam hearts and covered them with embossing powder.<\/p>\n

\"KellyKlapsteinHeartFrame13\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Another dip into the embossing powder and another blast from the heat gun, and the 3D Foam Heart<\/a> looks glossy and pretty, almost like a candy heart!<\/p>\n

You could even use these as cupcake toppers too! \u00a0Because Valentine’s Day is all about candy, cupcakes and chocolate, right?<\/p>\n
