You start by adhering your patterned paper to the card base with E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Adhesive Refillable<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Birthday-3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Next, run a small strip along your smaller banner, and adhere to the larger banner. \u00a0Tie a small string around into a simple knot.<\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Birthday-4\"<\/a>Again, using\u00a0E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Adhesive Refillable<\/a>, adhere your banner to the card.<\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Birthday-5\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Pull a party hat from the 3D Foam Party Shapes<\/a> and adhere to your die cut. \u00a0Remove the backing and cover with glitter.<\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Birthday-6\"<\/a>Next, adhere the die cut to the card using a 3D Foam Square.<\/p>\n

Easy peasy, and tailor made to the kid!<\/p>\n
