Hello everyone! Asia King<\/a> here. Today I have a mixed media tutorial for you. I’ve altered a wooden tag with a lovely canvas front – I so love that texture – and here are the steps you need to complete the project.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

\u00a01. You will need: Creative Canvas tag,\u00a0Thin 3D Foam Squares – Mix Black<\/a>,\u00a0DODZ\u2122 – Small<\/a>,\u00a0DODZ\u2122 – 3D<\/a>,\u00a0Stamps –\u00a0Life Is Art,\u00a0Jumbo Moray Dahlia,\u00a0Asian Umbrella,\u00a0Jumbo Spider Mum, Gelatos, baby wipes, Pearl paint dabber.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Randomly scribble Gelatos over the tag and blend with a baby wipe. Add more colour to achieve the depth you want.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

3. Stamp the flourish slightly off the edges with Pearl paint.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

4. Stamp the ornate border along the vertical edges with Neon Pink ink.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

5. Stamp the sentiment as shown with black StazOn ink.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

6. Stamp the flower spray along the edges with StazOn ink, and colour in with your favourite markers\/pens.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

7. Stamp the flower spray again onto white card, colour in and fussy cut the flowers.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

8. Add the flowers to the tag with Thin Black 3D Foam Squares<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

9. Add additional accents with 3d foam squares.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

10. Cover the foam squares with the Micro Glitters.<\/p>\n

\"Life<\/a><\/p>\n

11. Add a small flower bouquet and adhere with\u00a0DODZ\u2122 – Small<\/a> and DODZ\u2122 – 3D<\/a>.<\/p>\n

12. Add finishing touches with Liquid Pearls.<\/p>\n

She started with wedding stationery, and then made her first scrapbook album with wedding and honeymoon photos. After that, well, you know! Now she\u2019s a happy stamper, card maker, occasional scrapbooker, mixed media explorer and lover of handmade home decor. \u201cI am really lucky to live on the doorstep of the Cotswolds, a truly magical part of England, where I often draw inspiration from its traditional country cottage style.\u201d Many elements of the region influence her designs.
