As you know, October is breast cancer awareness month, so \u00a0I created \u00a0a card honoring \u00a0a friend of mine who is currently fighting this disease. \u00a0I wanted to send her a card of encouragement. She has a tough spirit and I know she will get through this with the support of her family and friends. \u00a0But even tough girls need reminders. \u00a0\ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/support-the-girls.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19929 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/support-the-girls-500x428.jpg\" alt=\"support the girls\" width=\"500\" height=\"428\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/support-the-girls-500x428.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/support-the-girls-300x257.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/support-the-girls.jpg 840w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My card uses a stamp set from Crafty Secrets. \u00a0It was colored with Copic Markers. \u00a0The\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/photo-corners-classic-style-pink\">Pink Creative Photo Corners from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\u00ae <\/a>were perfect for this card! I used a Spellbinders die for the image and background matte. \u00a0The embossing folder was also by Spellbinders.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/love-the-girls.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-19915\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/love-the-girls-298x300.jpg\" alt=\"love the girls\" width=\"298\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/love-the-girls-298x300.jpg 298w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/love-the-girls-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/love-the-girls-497x500.jpg 497w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/love-the-girls.jpg 717w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 298px) 100vw, 298px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I added a bit of ribbon, pearls, and added layers of dimension.
