Hello Everyone! \u00a0It’s Kelly<\/a> here today to share with you a place card design I made for my Thanksgiving table settings.<\/p>\n

Although we already celebrated Thanksgiving in Canada in mid-October, I saved this project idea because I know that my American friends will celebrate in November. Even if you don’t acknowledge this special occasion, this place card can be used just to make your fall table settings pretty!<\/p>\n

I started with a small piece of black card stock, 3D Foam Leaves<\/a>, 3D Foam Frames<\/a>, and Creative Photo Corners<\/a>\u00a0– Gold.<\/p>\n

I placed the 3rd smallest 3D Foam Frame <\/a>onto the card stock and pressed on copper foil.<\/p>\n

Then I added three 3D Foam Leaves<\/a>, glittering them each separately with red, gold and orange glitter.<\/p>\n

Last, I placed gold Creative Photo Corners<\/a> on the bottom edge, then stamped and wrote names.<\/p>\n

\"kellyklapstein-placecard-7\"<\/a>I just love all the warm colours of Fall showcased on the black card! Those 3D Foam Leaves<\/a> really sparkle!<\/p>\n

Finding inspiration from nature, colours and my photos, I enjoy developing creative techniques and organic design elements that are original and intriguing.\u201d She loves to spend time exploring crafting in artistic mediums, playing with paper and imagining unique designs. She currently writes regular feature articles and designs for a scrapbooking magazine. Along with writing, Kelly is passionate about teaching. A former high school English teacher, she is happiest in a classroom, crafting together and having a few laughs. \u201cI always enjoy teaching in my local scrapbook stores as well as larger scrapbooking events. She currently writes regular feature articles and designs for a scrapbooking magazine. Along with writing, Kelly is passionate about teaching.
