Cut\/score cardstock.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Adhere <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fancypantsdesigns.com\/products\/office_suite\">Fancy Pants Designs Office Suite<\/a> pattern paper to the card base using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-r-permanent-strips-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m\">Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L E-Z Runner Permanent Strips Refillable<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3. \u00a0Tie ribbon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4. Using diecuts from the Office Suite line, adhere a few diecuts from the Ephemera Pack to the card using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-small\"> 3D Foam Squares (white, small)<\/a>. \u00a0For more dimension add a few layers of foam squares to each diecut.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5. \u00a0Adhere pink buttons to the card using\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dodz-small-1\"> Dodz\u2122 Small<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6. \u00a0Apply some <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-dots-r-mini-repositionable\">E-Z Dots Mini Repositionable<\/a> adhesive to different parts of the card, then sprinkle glitter over the adhesive, tap off the excess.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/0126LYfancypantscupcake-wm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-22521\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/0126LYfancypantscupcake-wm-500x500.jpg\" alt=\"0126LYfancypantscupcake wm\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/0126LYfancypantscupcake-wm-500x500.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/0126LYfancypantscupcake-wm-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/0126LYfancypantscupcake-wm-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/0126LYfancypantscupcake-wm.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Instructions for the Cupcake wrapper and topper:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">1. \u00a0Using a cupcake wrapper die, diecut Fancy Pants Designs Office Suite pattern paper.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">2.
