Hello! \u00a0AJ here with one of my favorite cards to date. \u00a0If you haven’t noticed,\u00a0Gold foil is on everything lately!<\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Gold-1\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I got some of Clearsnaps<\/em> Designer Foils a long while back and just recently dug them out to join in on the FOIL craze happening everywhere.<\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Gold-2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I love stripes. Stripes are hands down my favorite- they are timeless and can be used for any theme or style project. \u00a0To start with this project. I placed my card stock on to my work space to make sure it was even. \u00a0I just laid strips of Crafty Power Tape<\/a> down, each one butting up to the previous.
\n\"AJOtto-Gold-3\"<\/a>When your card stock is fully covered, remove the backing of about 4 strips. \u00a0Place your foil, (color side up) and press into the tape. \u00a0You can carefully\u00a0burnish it with your finger to make it all adhere.\"AJOtto-Gold-4\"<\/a>Here’s with half done, and the remaining strips left on my foil strip I am using. \u00a0\"AJOtto-Gold-5\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Remove the backing from the remaining strips, and repeat. \u00a0Gently lift up from your work space, and press the ends into the back.
\n\"AJOtto-Gold-6\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I used Crafty Foam Tape<\/a> to adhere my panel to my card front.\"AJOtto-Gold-7\"<\/a>A few close ups of the gold. \u00a0I just love it paired with the navy.\"AJOtto-Gold-8\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\"AJOtto-Gold-9\"<\/a>The Clearsnap<\/em> brand comes with about 6 or 8 sheets. \u00a0I still have quite a bit left to play with! Im thinking something for my wall next! \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

Her go to adhesive is the E-Z Squares Refillable and Crafty Foam Tape because everything needs to be popped up. She volunteers at her children's school when time allows, and with their soccer teams\/association, and works part time from home. Her favorite treat is mint Frangos, and loves a tall Americano from Starbucks. (Typical Seattleite) She tends to make cards, although she recently has gotten back into beading, and is rekindling her desire to learn photography better. She is on several other manufacturer Design Teams and has been published in most craft magazines.
