It’s Lisa with you today and I’m super excited to share a little card I made showing just a few of the awesome ways that Lawn Fawn Flutter By (the stamps and dies) and our Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\u00ae can be used together.<\/p>\n

I stamped, embossed, and then water-colored a few of the flowers, leaves and the butterfly onto watercolor paper and set aside — after they were die cut (these were all from the Flutter By set). I also stamped and heat embossed the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Scripty Sayings along one side of a pre-cut piece of paper from the Beachside Petite Paper Pack.<\/p>\n

Using a stencil with stars I added a little Whipped Spackle (which is a light modeling paste) and allowed to dry.<\/p>\n

On a separate piece of the Beachside Petite Paper Pack I used the stars from the E-Z Stars Refillable. Don’t you love how they match the paper? So adorable. I coated them with embossing powder and heat set.  Easy and beautiful.<\/p>\n

Attach the Beachside piece with the stars to the card base with E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable<\/a>. Then wrap twine around the bottom of the polka-dotted piece, tie in a bow. Attach 3D Foam Squares White, Regular<\/a> to the back of the polka-dotted piece and attach to the piece with the stars (allowing the E-Z Stars Refillable to show).<\/p>\n

With various layers of 3-D Foam Squares White, Regular<\/a> and 3-D Foam Squares White, Thin<\/a> adhere the flowers. Using both the regular and the thin foam squares allows for a varying degree of thickness and also keeps the dimension more pleasing to the eye.<\/p>\n

Adhere butterfly using Adhesive Dots Medium<\/a> m<\/a>.<\/p>\n
