It seems like I always need a &#8220;congrats&#8221; card in the summer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/0526LYCongrats-e1432617356906.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-25285\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/0526LYCongrats-500x500.jpg\" alt=\"0526LYCongrats\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Since I am using a paper collection, creating this card was fairly simple.<\/p>\n<p>1. \u00a0Cut\/score white cardstock to create card base.<\/p>\n<p>2. Trim pattern paper to size &amp; adhere to the card front using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-small\">Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares (white, small)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>3. Adhere buttons to the clothespin using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dodz-small-1\">Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Dodz\u2122 Small<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_9020-e1432617677134.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-25287\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_9020-500x375.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9020\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a>4. \u00a0Attach clothespin to pattern paper, adhere the pattern paper to the card front using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-small\">Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares (white, small)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_9022-e1432617777792.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-25289\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/IMG_9022-500x375.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_9022\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>5. \u00a0Adhere the congrats and die cut to the card using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-dots-r-permanent-refillable-dispenser-49-slash-15m-1\"> E-Z Dots Permanent Refillable.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>6. Adhere the circle diecut to the card using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-small\">Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares (white, small).<\/a><\/p>\n<p>7. Adhere the blue button onto the circle diecut using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dodz-small-1\">Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Dodz Small.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>8.
