Hello blog readers! It’s Angela today sharing a mixed media tag using negative space.<\/p>\n

\"Mixed<\/p>\n

First up, I inked a manila tag with a selection of pink, red and blue inks. Then I sprinkled some water on the tag to create an aged look. Once dry, I stamped on the tag and applied a die cut piece of\u00a0Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\u00ae Adhesive Sheets – 12×12″\u00a0<\/a>– love how this adhesive cuts so cleanly and DOESN’T gum up my dies! To the adhesive, I applied some silver leafing.<\/p>\n

I then backed the entire tag with another part of the\u00a0Adhesive Sheets – 12×12″<\/a>. I kept the tag on the adhesive backing and die cut the letters out of the tag. Then I removed the adhesive backing and adhered the entire tag to a piece of card stock. In order to include some money or a gift card with this thank you tag, I used a Keepsake Envelopes – Mixed<\/a>\u00a0on the reverse side of the tag.<\/p>\n

Easy, peasy – right?<\/p>\n

TIP: Save\u00a0the letters. They\u00a0can be used on another project and they’re\u00a0already backed edge to edge with adhesive!<\/strong><\/p>\n
