Hi There,<\/p>\n

it’s Stephanie<\/a> here today and I want to show you a white Birthday Rose using ribbons and Adhesives.<\/p>\n

\"Stephanie_whiterose_1\"<\/a><\/p>\n

It was one of those situations where you quickly need a flower and as it will not wither, I have picked some ribbons.<\/p>\n

Here is my tutorial for you.<\/p>\n

\"Stephanie_whiterose_2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

1) Use the white burlap, cut a small stripe and remove some threads.<\/p>\n

2) Rolle up the ribbon and used DODZ Adhesive Dots Small<\/a><\/b> to adhere it in the middle and at the end.<\/p>\n

3) This will be the\u00a0inner part of the flower.<\/p>\n

4) Prepare some stripes of Gauze or cheesecloth.<\/p>\n

\"Stephanie_whiterose_3\"<\/a><\/p>\n

5) Make the gauze more handly and a bit bigger by turning once. Use the Crafty Power Tape and apply a stripe in the middle.<\/p>\n

6) Then turn it once.<\/p>\n

7) Use again the\u00a0DODZ Adhesive Dots Small<\/a>\u00a0to adhere it\u00a0by rolling up the gauze around the inner piece. The first stripe of gauze use with the frayed upward.<\/p>\n

8) Roll up the second stripe of gauze with the folded site up. Also use the\u00a0DODZ Adhesive Dots Small<\/a>\u00a0here and there to adhere it.<\/p>\n

\"Stephanie_whiterose_4\"<\/a><\/p>\n

9) To make it strong use some thin wire. First heat the white\u00a0organza, then thread the wire through the fabric ribbon.<\/p>\n

10) Again roll it up around the inner flower. Bend the wire ends together.<\/p>\n

11) I used a second ribbon to make my rose bigger.<\/p>\n

12) This it what it looks now.<\/p>\n

13) Use a wooden skewer as a stem. Push it carefully through the ribbons.<\/p>\n

14) Now you can cover up the lower part of the rose by another ribbon. I used a stripe of burlap and Gauze together by threading the wire.<\/p>\n

15) Pull the ends together.<\/p>\n

16) Lay it around the stem and bend the wire ends together. The drooping ends of the gauze are the leaves.<\/p>\n

Now it’s up to you to color the rose, I decided to let it naturally.<\/p>\n

She\u2019s married to the best man ever, and they have two beautiful little girls. Since putting her career as a psychologist in the usability field when her second daughter was born, she\u2019s been able to take more time to be creative. What just began as a hobby has developed into a passion. She recently launched her first six stamp collections for a Swiss stamp company, with more coming! \u201cI love to draw and if some of my drawings were made into stamps, which can delight other scrapbooking fans, card maker or mixed media artists then that would be the greatest thing for me.\u201d Stephanie is a scrapbooker with a great touch of mixed media and an art journaler with a passion to draw. \u201cI still like to take memorable photos, place it in scene and added it to an album but more and more I am doing more artistic projects on canvas without photos or only with drawings. It\u2019s just another way to put my innermost outwards and to be more creative.\u201d Coffee in the morning, tea in the evening and plenty of chocolate fuel her creativity! While she usually creates by herself - she\u2019s usually pressed for time \u2013 Stephanie enjoys connecting with other paper and paint addicted people on social media. Stephanie has been published and designed for several teams, and enjoys teaching too! When asked about her favorite adhesive, she said \u201cThe products from Adhesives are unique and of high quality. It is not only simple adhesive products, but their diversity inspires me and lets me again make different kinds of projects. I'm super happy with them and do not want to miss.
