used modeling paste with a stencil in awhile so I decided to feature that on my card for today. \u00a0I first started with a quickly watercolored panel. \u00a0It has been trimmed to an A2 card size.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-33099\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-1-500x370.jpg\" alt=\"Amy Tsuruta Hello Friend 1\" width=\"500\" height=\"370\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-1-300x222.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I mixed up some modeling paste and combined it with\u00a0Pigment Powder Blue. \u00a0I added enough of the powder to get the shade of blue that I wanted for my card.<\/p>\n<p>I placed my stencil on top of the watercolored panel and frosted the paste on top of it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-33103\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-3-500x350.jpg\" alt=\"Amy Tsuruta Hello Friend 3\" width=\"500\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-3.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-3-300x210.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what it looked like after I was finished:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-33105\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Amy-Tsuruta-Hello-Friend-4-500x427.jpg\" alt=\"Amy Tsuruta Hello Friend 4\" width=\"500\" height=\"427\" while I finished up the rest of my card. \u00a0I love using premade embellishments on my projects. \u00a0What I like to do is use more\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-squares-white-regular-size\">3D Foam Squares White, Regular<\/a>\u00a0to even out the layers. \u00a0The arrow is pointing to the area that came with adhesive, I added the additional foam squares.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All the panels were adhered using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Dispenser<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I love the contrast in colors and all of the texture in this card. \u00a0I&#8217;ve been smitten with gold glitter cardstock and seem to include it in all of my projects lately.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
