It\u2019s Erica and today I\u2019m sharing a set of school-themed pocket cards I created using our strongest tape – Extreme Double Sided Tape 1\/4\u2033<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For many of us school starts tomorrow which means first day of school pictures to scrapbook. And if you’re like me you’re behind and haven’t even documented last years pictures yet. That’s okay! Take inspiration from my pocket cards below, create a set of your own and then you’ll be ready to document this year as soon as  you print your pictures!<\/p>\n

I created eight 3″x4″ cards and two 4″x6″ cards that are ready to be inserted into my pocket card page protectors. Not a pocket card scrapbooker? No worries, these cards can easily be used as embellishments on traditional layout too.<\/p>\n

I used our Extreme Double Sided Tape 1\/4\u2033<\/a> to adhere multiple paper layers together, as well as the embellishments, including the leaves (I used a piece of 3D Foam Creative Sheets Mix<\/a> to adhere the flowers).<\/p>\n

Not only is our Extreme Double Sided Tape 1\/4\u2033<\/a> strong, it’s perfect for adhering smaller piece of paper, die cuts and embellishments. I used it to adhere the gold stars, and banner and label die cuts, just to name a few.<\/p>\n

My papercrafting style is shabby-chic \u2013 I love glitter, rhinestones, and anything else that has glitz, glamour and a lot of sparkle. I\u2019m totally addicted to patterned paper so I\u2019ve resorted to using lots of layers in order to use all of the wonderful papers that come in each collection. I never feel my pages are complete until I\u2019ve added flowers, ribbon and machine stitching. I enjoy creating a variety of projects including layouts, cards, tags, off the page projects and a mini album every now and then. In addition to creating for various design teams I also enjoy teaching classes at LSS\u2019s because I love sharing my passion for papercrafting with others.
