Hi everyone, Christine here today with a dotty stripe card. This is a brilliant way to use up all those paper scraps, because we all know crafters cannot bear to throw anything away! But before we get to it, don’t forget our World Card Making Day giveaway is still going on (ends midnite Pacific time) so stick with me until the end of this post for details \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

I first of all prepared my card base with a black mat affixed in place with\u00a0using\u00a0 E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable.<\/a>\u00a0 NOTE:<\/strong> you can refill these dispensers with whatever E-Z adhesive you prefer. They are all interchangeable.\u00a0 Then onto a further piece of card affix strips of your paper into vertical rows, again using your\u00a0E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable.<\/a>\u00a0Once completed I die cut mine into a square.<\/p>\n

I tied a length of twine around with a bow and secured at the bag with Crafty Foam Tape<\/a>. Mount this square onto your card base.<\/p>\n

The final touch is a die cut flower\u00a0affixed in place with\u00a03D Foam Squares – White, Small<\/a>, a\u00a0gemstone and a little tag with sentiment. \u00a0Perhaps switch to festive papers to make a batch of Christmas cards?<\/p>\n
