Hi there! It’s Lisa on the blog today and I have a pretty in pink Christmas card to share with you using\u00a0 Adhesive Dots Mini<\/a> to hold those sparkly sequins.<\/p>\n

\"Pink<\/p>\n

To really bring out the color pink (which is what I wanted) I simply used a larger panel of pink cardstock and embossed it with an interesting pattern. Also in my wreath, the colors are in the red family, with touches of teal and blue. And green for the leaves.<\/p>\n

I really didn’t want the card to look overly Christmas-y. So I used this soft plaid paper from Lawn Fawn in soft blue and pink.<\/p>\n

Glittery stripes were added on top of the vellum using the HomeHobby Premium Double Sided 1″ Tape with a pretty clear glitter burnished in.<\/p>\n

I added 3D Foam Squares White Regular<\/a> to the back of my wreath and mounted it to the vellum square. Stamping the sentiment and embossing the vellum with your favorite embossing powder is next.<\/p>\n

To adhere the vellum square AND to add interest? I added a bunch of fun sequins using the Adhesive Dots Mini<\/a>. Some were really small and some are in the shape of snowflakes, but this size is perfect for all<\/strong><\/em><\/span> of them. \u00a0I tucked a few of the Dodz under the vellum where the sequins were so they wouldn’t show. \u00a0Works like a charm.<\/p>\n

Twine was wrapped on the left side of the pink panel a few times before tying in a bow and\u00a0 Art Medium was added to stiffen the bow.<\/p>\n
