  1. With the heart shaped envelope die, I die-cut the patterned paper.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Score the lines, and adhere the sides shut using E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Dispenser<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. On white cardstock, stamp images in black ink, die-cut and color in.<\/li>\n
      2. Stamp sentiment and hearts onto the front of the envelope.<\/li>\n
      3. Adhere the die cuts to the envelope using 3D Foam Squares – White, Regular.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Her husband\u2019s career as a Navy Helicopter pilot has landed them in sunny Florida, with her 17 year old daughter and 12 year old son. Besides paper crafting, Latisha loves photography, cooking, shopping, coffee and is currently trying to learn to play the ukulele. Latisha has had over 300 projects published in magazines from all around the world, and has been on several manufacturers Design Teams.
