I adhered all the panels with the\u00a0E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>, that includes the watercolor panel.<\/p>\n

I always love to use the\u00a03D Foam Squares White Regular<\/a>\u00a0on at least one element in my card design. \u00a0It adds fun and interest. \u00a0On today’s project, I popped up the cat image.<\/p>\n
