This makes materials with fine details quick, easy and mess-free. Before die-cutting the shape remove the yellow backing and attach the adhesive to the back of the paper you want to die-cut.<\/p>\n<p>Then, simply run through your die-cutting machine and remove the paper backing. For the top layer, I once again attached <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/adhesive-sheets-4-x-6-slash-10-x-15cm\">Adhesive Sheets<\/a> to the back before die-cutting then simply peeled the backing off and attached to the orange layer.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40235\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step4.jpg\" alt=\"TamiMayberry DoilyButterflyTag 030917 Step4\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step4.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step4-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step4-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I then attached the layered butterfly to the tag using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/thin-3d-foam-squares-mix-white-1\">Foam Squares Mix White<\/a>. This is the second of my favorite products because it adds just the right amount of interest to projects by enhancing the 3D look of the layers.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-40237\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step5.jpg\" alt=\"TamiMayberry DoilyButterflyTag 030917 Step5\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step5.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step5-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/TamiMayberry-DoilyButterflyTag-030917-Step5-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I ran lace and ric-rac through the hole of the tag. I then threaded the button with twine and attached it over the hole using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dodz-3d\">Adhesive Dots 3D<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The thing I love about these adhesive dots is their ability to hold thick or heavy items firmly to a project.
