Center&nbsp;and adhere it to the 12 x 12&#8243; patterned base sheet using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. With another sheet of patterned paper, cut to 10 x 10&#8243;, center and adhere it to the second layer using the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand<\/a>. I also use&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dodz-mini-adhesive-dots-1\">Adhesive Dots Mini<\/a>&nbsp;to stick my smaller embellishments like crystal and sticker
