Hello everyone!\u00a0 Today, I’m sharing a USA banner in honor of the\u00a04th of July. I’ve used Crafty Foam Tape Black<\/a>\u00a0and 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a>, 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a>\u00a0to add dimension. Each pendant is a\u00a0#8 manila tag turned so the hole is at the bottom where a star dangles.<\/p>\n

\"Patriotic<\/figure>\n

Making the USA Tag Banner<\/h2>\n

To recreate this banner, first paint each tag white,  then emboss and distress with stain.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Next fasten strip of navy card stock and star paper across bottom of tag which will be top for banner using E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cut scalloped open circles from dot paper and red cardstock. Use same inner circle and different size scallop circles. Fasten together using E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Distress with stain. Apply 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> to back. Fasten to tags.<\/p>\n

Cut U S A <\/strong>letters\u00a0from navy cardstock. Apply pieces of Crafty Foam Tape Black<\/a>\u00a0to back of each letter. Fasten each\u00a0letter to\u00a0tag.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Cut 3 different sizes of stars: 6 of navy, 3 each of red and dot paper.\u00a0 Fasten dot, red and navy stars together using E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser.<\/a> Other navy star is for back. Apply 3D Foam Squares Black Mix<\/a>\u00a0to center of navy star for back (3D Foam Squares add dimension to star<\/em>).\u00a0 Add Adhesive Dots Mini<\/a>\u00a0to each point. Fasten to\u00a0layered star leaving one point unfastened.<\/p>\n

Insert trim into tag hole. Fold and fasten ends together with Extreme Double-Sided Tape \u00bc\u02ba<\/a>. Wrap a piece of Extreme Double-Sided Tape \u00bc\u02ba<\/a> over trim end so tape is on both sides. Insert trim between points of star and fasten together over trim.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Finally, punch holes on each side of tag top. Thread cord through holes. Tie short ribbons between pendants and at each end. The banner is ready to display!<\/p>\n
