Assemble each box with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/01253-e-z-runner-grand-ultra-strong-refill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Ultra Strong<\/a> by applying adhesive on the tabs and put the ends together.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-47051\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/500-MargieHiguchi-Sweet16TreatBxBanner-Step2-500x357.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"357\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/500-MargieHiguchi-Sweet16TreatBxBanner-Step2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/500-MargieHiguchi-Sweet16TreatBxBanner-Step2-300x214.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Embellishing the Banner:<\/h4>\n<p>For the letters, I took off the top liner of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-creative-sheets-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">3D Foam Creative Sheets<\/a> (determine how much you want to use and trim first) and placed patterned paper over it. Cut the desired letter with manual die-cutting machine. Once cut, you will add glitter to the front side by removing top liner and then pressing glitter over the exposed area. Tap off excess and set aside.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-47059\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/500-MargieHiguchi-Sweet16TreatBxBanner-Step4-500x364.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"364\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/500-MargieHiguchi-Sweet16TreatBxBanner-Step4.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/500-MargieHiguchi-Sweet16TreatBxBanner-Step4-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cut Surprise Me Box Etched Dies Tag Die for a total of 12 tags with white cardstock. Apply a line of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/01253-e-z-runner-grand-ultra-strong-refill\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Ultra Strong<\/a> in the middle of two tags per box and center them together on top to form one shape. Remove the bottom liner of a letter and place on top of the two tags.
