Hello everyone! Its Guest Designer Marilyn<\/a>\u00a0here with a shabby chic birthday card that I made for a special friend on her birthday, using E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refill<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Shabby<\/p>\n

Birthday Card Tutorial:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Place a piece of 5.25 x 4 inch blue cardstock card panel to\u00a0a white card base with\u00a0E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refill<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Cut a piece of 1 x 5.25 inch strip of white cardstock and adhered it to the card front with the\u00a0E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refill.<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Die-cut a heart and adhered\u00a0it with the\u00a0Dual Tip Glue Pen<\/a>\u00a0on top of the white cardstock strip. Trim excess off the edge.<\/li>\n
  4. Layer and adhere flowers, buttons\u00a0and piece of cheesecloth on top of the heart die cut with the\u00a0Dodz Adhesive Dots Medium.<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. For the finishing touch, adhere art stones with the\u00a0Dual Tip Glue Pen.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Now it’s ready to go in the mail! Here are a few more images of the finished card.<\/p>\n
