Yvonne van de Grijp’s Stenciled Merry Christmas Card<\/h3>\n

With a stenciled design, this card is all about simple layering with an emphasis on the Quietfire Design Merry Christmas 2 Metal Cutting Dies<\/a> die cut and our\u00a03D Foam Squares<\/a>.<\/p>\n

With a white card base, I layered with ice blue and dark blue cardstock using\u00a0the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a> to adhere to the card base. Next, I created a starry background by using Quietfire Design’s\u00a0Leaf and Snow Sprays<\/a>\u00a0Stencil with white texture paste. I love the contrast!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Then affix the Quietfire Design\u00a0Merry Christmas 2 die cut using 3D Foam Squares White Mix <\/a>(smaller size). Note that I cut the 3D Foam Squares in half to fit the narrow lines of the die-cut.\u00a0Finish the card using rhinestones and glitter glue.<\/p>\n

Vicki Chrisman’s Golden Stenciled Christmas Card<\/h3>\n

This gorgeous stamp design motivates me to get started on my Christmas Cards. I love the look of foil papers, especially when making an elegant looking card.\u00a0 Even though these gold papers are super slick and smooth, the Permanent Strips Refill<\/a> in the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable\u00a0<\/a>do the job with no problem.\u00a0Once I stamped the beautiful\u00a0Merry Christmas Flourished Tree – Set of 3 Stamps – Mounted<\/a> onto the white paper, the permanent strips adhesive holds great to the foil paper.<\/p>\n

Then I used Crafty Foam Tape White<\/a> under the gold paper to give lift and dimension to the card.<\/p>\n

The background of the card with the stars was created with the\u00a0QuietFire Designs Butterflies and Stars Stencil<\/a>. When using stencils I always\u00a0use\u00a0MyStik\u00ae Repositionable Dots<\/a> to hold my stencil in place as I work. Once I have it in place, I used ink to create the stars.\u00a0When finished, just rub the Repositionable Dots away with your finger. They don’t leave residue or marks and hold the stencil perfectly while I work. You could use the E-Z Runner Grand Repositionable Dots<\/a> refill too!<\/p>\n

The sentiment that came in this beautiful script set was stamped on the inside of the card.<\/p>\n
