href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/dual-tip-glue-pen-67022\">Dual Tip Glue Pen<\/a>\u00a0to its wings and sprinkle with glitter (a.k.a.\u00a0\u00a0<em>fairy dust<\/em>!) to &#8220;Wear Your Adhesive On The Outside!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Create a foiled rainbow from a trimmed section of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/adhesive-sheets-4-x-6-slash-10-x-15cm\">Adhesive Sheets 4&#215;6 inch<\/a>\u00a0applied to card stock, sticky side up.\u00a0 Next, add gold foil White Mix<\/a>, which provides added dimension to your project.\u00a0 Mix flat layers next to popped up layers for added interest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mask Your Background with Foam Shapes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Foam shapes can be used in a variety of ways.\u00a0 Masking is another creative use of the <a
