Add hearts (as in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-hearts-white-mix-1\">3D Foam Hearts<\/a>), lots of glitter and bright colors&#8230;well, that puts me in a happy place\u2026lol!<\/p>\n<p>Hello everyone, <a href=\"https:\/\/phoebeez.blogspot.nl\/\">Yvonne<\/a> here sharing a love themed card. It is easy to make such a card using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-hearts-white-mix-1\">3D Foam Hearts<\/a> and Craft Foils from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/01225-3d-foam-creative-embellishment-kit\">3D Foam Creative Embellishment Kit<\/a>. 3D Foam Shapes can create gorgeous dimensional effects on your cards on its own or by stacking them to add an even extra layered element to your project.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-56013 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-500x5002.jpg\" alt=\"Spring Love with 3D Foam Hearts by Yvonne van de Grijp for Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-500x5002.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-500x5002-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-500x5002-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Creating a Heartful Spring Card<\/h2>\n<p>On a square kraft card base, layer two panels of white and corrugated cardstock. Adhering both\u00a0with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Then let&#8217;s start embellishing the card front with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-hearts-white-mix-1\">3D Foam Hearts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>For the pink stacked hearts:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove the top liner of the Large Foam Heart and place a Small Heart (leave top liner on) on top.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat this with a Medium Foam Heart and place a Small Heart (leave top liner on) on top.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle pink glitter onto the Large and Medium Hearts and gently rub the glitter into them to secure.<\/li>\n<li>Tap off the excess glitter or use a soft brush.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the top liner off the Small Hearts and apply Red Craft Foil from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/01225-3d-foam-creative-embellishment-kit\">3D Foam Creative Embellishment Kit<\/a>\u00a0(red side UP). Rub gently and peel away.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>For the gold glittered and other hearts:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Remover the top liner of\u00a0the Medium Foam Heart and Small Foam Heart and sprinkle gold glitter on top. Again, gently rub the glitter into them to secure. Tap off excess.<\/li>\n<li>Add self-adhesive rhinestone in the center of the Medium Foam Heart. <strong>Tip:<\/strong> just to make sure that it sticks to the rough surface, I used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/t\/categories\/dodz\">Adhesive Dots<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Add some more hearts using either glitter or foil &#8211; your choice.<\/li>\n<li>Note I added embossing powder to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/3d-foam-hearts-white-mix-1\">3D Foam Hearts<\/a> and melted it with a heat tool for another amazing effect. Yes, the foam is heat resistant!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-56011\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-3-500x319.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"319\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-3.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/YvonnevdGrijp-LoveCard-3-300x191.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Finishing Touches:<\/h3>\n<p>Cut a banner from black cardstock (which was heat embossed with a stamped sentiment)\u00a0 and adhere to the card using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/crafty-foam-tape-black-1\">Crafty Foam Tape Black<\/a>.
