An adorable monster makes a great thank you card, I think. LOL! Not only did I want to make it fun, but also unique. So I decided to “Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside” with E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a> and Metallic Transfer Foil.<\/p>\n

Hello everyone, Yvonne<\/a> here sharing a fun CAS (Clean and Simple) thank you card embellished with fun patterned stripes made with our E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a> along with the use of some gold and silver foil from the 3D Foam Creative Embellishment Kit.<\/a> You can also find gold and silver foils in the Metallic Transfer Foil Holographic<\/a> set.<\/p>\n

Making a Monster of a Card<\/h2>\n

Trim a piece of white cardstock to a rectangle shape to create a card panel. Next, stamp a sentiment with black ink.<\/p>\n

Now for the fun! Let’s make the background by first running a line across the card panel using the  E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Take the silver foil sheets from the 3D Foam Creative Embellishment Kit<\/a> or Metallic Transfer Foil<\/a> and place over the adhesive line. Gently rub and peel away the foil to reveal a fun dotted line pattern. Repeat this step with gold foil. Make sure you do one line at a time. Apply as many times until you get your desired look. And check this out – no expensive machine needed!<\/p>\n

I love the look of the dotted pattern and bonus: FOILED! Fun to do and so easy to create, and there’s no machine needed with the foil!<\/p>\n

To finish off, adhere the card panel to a blue card base with the E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. Stamp and color the monster images, then die cut. Adhere the monsters to the card front using 3D Foam Squares<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> I stacked two 3D Foam Squares on the back of the right and left monster to give them an extra boost of dimension!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
