Today I’m sharing\u00a0a\u00a0Glittery Wedding Card made\u00a0with Adhesive Sheets<\/a>.\u00a0These sheets make it so easy to add glitter to the front of the paper. It’s called Wear Your Adhesive on the Outside!<\/p>\n

Also included in my project are the NEW 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a>, Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> and E-Z Runner\u00ae Micro Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. The E-Z Runner\u00ae Micro has a narrow strip of adhesive\u00a0which is perfect to assemble the “Happily Ever After” die cut layers along the narrow edge.<\/p>\n

\"Glittery<\/p>\n

Create a Glittery Background<\/h2>\n

The glittered border on this card is easy to do with Adhesive Sheets 6 x 12 inch<\/a>. First, apply a\u00a0piece of Adhesive Sheets 6 x 12 inch<\/a>\u00a0to 4.25 x 5.5 inch\u00a0piece of rose quartz cardstock.\u00a0 Then die cut it using the Grand Cabinet Outline Die (solid shape) with the adhesive side\u00a0up (the backing).<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Next, use\u00a0another\u00a04.25 x 5.5 inch\u00a0piece of rose quartz cardstock and die cut with Grand Cabinet Inlay Die (intricate design).<\/p>\n

Remove the adhesive liner from Grand Cabinet Outline Die (solid shape). Place Grand Cabinet Inlay Die Cut (intricate design) over the solid shape die cut (make sure to remove its backing). Align all edges and try not to touch the exposed adhesive in the open areas.<\/p>\n

Cover the open areas with glitter and press into the adhesive to secure. Tap to remove excess.\u00a0 Ta-da! It’s a beautiful glittery border \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Stamp a\u00a0 script over 4.25 x 5.5 inch card with Pumice Stone ink and smear the ink slightly for a distressed look.\u00a0 Fasten the glittered piece to card front with E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Refillable<\/a> dispenser. The Ultra Adhesive is very sticky and has an immediate hold. It works well with pearlescent paper with a slippery finish.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Create Happily Ever After<\/h2>\n

For this layer, die-cut the Outline Design Die from Layered Happily Ever After Etched Die Set\u00a0and stamp the script over the die cut.<\/p>\n

Next, die-cut Happily Ever After Insert Dies twice – one from rose quartz pearlescent and the other from Taffy cardstock.\u00a0Now fasten them together using E-Z Runner\u00ae Micro Refillable<\/a> Dispenser.\u00a0 The narrow adhesive easily\u00a0fits along the edges. Finally, fasten over the script background using the same adhesive. Note I used E-Z Runner Micro Refill<\/a> in the E-Z Runner\u00ae Ultra Refillable<\/a> dispenser – it’s so easy to switch adhesive cartridges with any refillable E-Z Runner dispenser!<\/p>\n

Fasten the layer to the card with Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix.<\/a><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Adding Finishes Accents<\/h2>\n

From the same die set above, die-cut two heart shapes from rose quartz paper that has\u00a0been applied with\u00a0Adhesive Sheets 6 x 12 inch<\/a> to the front of it. Remove the top liner and cover with glitter. Fasten them to the card with 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a>.\u00a0 These work so nice for rounded shapes like the hearts, there are no corners to trim off!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Die-cut an arrow from Taffy cardstock.\u00a0 Add tiny dot of\u00a0glue\u00a0to the arrow ends using the Dual Tip Glue Pen<\/a> and add glitter.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Cut the arrow in half and attach each end behind the hearts using Dual Tip Glue Pen.<\/a><\/p>\n
