{"id":6065,"date":"2012-08-08T06:00:01","date_gmt":"2012-08-08T11:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/?p=6065"},"modified":"2013-04-16T22:25:11","modified_gmt":"2013-04-17T03:25:11","slug":"fun-with-frames","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/2012\/08\/08\/fun-with-frames\/","title":{"rendered":"Fun with frames"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi everyone!<\/p>\n<p>Vicki here \ud83d\ude42 Today I thought I would share with you how I love to use scrapbooking supplies and\u00a0 frames to create &#8220;pretties&#8221; to hang and enjoy.\u00a0\u00a0 When I saw the <a href=\"http:\/\/glitzitnow.com\/category.php?id=26\">Glitz, &#8220;French Kiss&#8221;<\/a> line, I knew it was going to be perfect for frame projects like this.\u00a0 So many fun images, papers and stamps, great for layering.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-altered-frame.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6066\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-altered-frame.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"301\" height=\"389\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And mine new adhesive of choice for these projects&#8230;.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/e-z-dots-permanent\" target=\"_blank\">E-Z Dots<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> Permanent<\/a> adhesive.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-altered-frame-close1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6068\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-altered-frame-close1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-altered-frame-close1.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/SA-altered-frame-close1-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I was having so much fun working with these gorgeous papers and images I couldn&#8217;t stop.\u00a0 I have a stash of frames in a box in my supply closet.\u00a0 Most of them are inexpensive or something I&#8217;ve saved, hoping to re-purpose. This frame below was from the Dollar store. It was gold, so I spray painted it a flat off white.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2012\/08\/sa-altered-frame-bird-and-bird-cage.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6069\" src=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/images\/wordpress\/uploads\/2012\/08\/sa-altered-frame-bird-and-bird-cage.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/sa-altered-frame-bird-and-bird-cage.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/08\/sa-altered-frame-bird-and-bird-cage-232x300.jpg 232w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When I&#8217;m layering papers and images for projects like this , I keep<a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/3d-foam-squares-white-regular-size\"> 3D Foam Squares<\/a> .. always with in reach.
