Welcome back crafty friends, Tracy here and today I have a fun and quick little tutorial to share on how I created this Get Well – Pom Pom Card.\u00a0I love to add fun texture and dimension to my projects with pretty ribbon and trim. I want to share a couple of tips on how to do just that.<\/p>\n

\"Adding<\/p>\n

How to Adhere Pom Pom Trim<\/h2>\n

I started with a plain white chipboard frame, and the pom pom trim I wanted to use. When it comes to anything trim or ribbon, I turn to Extreme Double Sided Tape<\/a>. Using this tape will ensure that my textured pieces stay in place.<\/p>\n

\"Adding<\/p>\n

Using Extreme Double Sided Tape 1\/8″<\/a>, I taped the edges of the chipboard frame.<\/p>\n

\"Adding<\/p>\n

I started adding the trim at the bottom of the chipboard frame.<\/p>\n

Tip:\u00a0<\/strong>If you ever anticipate imperfection, like the beginning and end of this trim, Place it at the bottom of a project. The eye is less likely to notice it there.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\"Adding<\/p>\n

Continue around the entire chipboard frame, one section at a time. Then I added another layer of Extreme Double Sided Tape<\/a> to adhere the back side of the trim to the patterned paper in the next step.<\/p>\n

\"Adding<\/p>\n

Assemble the Card<\/h2>\n

I cut a piece of patterned paper to fit on the back side of the chipboard frame. The Extreme Double Sided Tape<\/a> keeps it in place. Using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a> I added the yellow patterned paper to the card base.<\/p>\n

\"Adding<\/p>\n

Adhere the pom frame to the card using the E-Z Runner\u00ae Permanent Strips Refillable Dispenser<\/a>. The paper flowers were added to the card using Adhesive Dots<\/a> and the sentiment tag was added to the card using 3D Foam Squares<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I added a burlap string bow to the tag as a finishing touch.<\/p>\n
