I have a Sweet Wishes Birthday Card to share today! For me, sometimes need drives my creative energy.\u00a0 I need a card for a sweet 5-year-old so this is what I made. To vary the height of dimension, I used both \u00a0Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> and\u00a03D Foam Squares \u2013 White Mix<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The fun part of this card is coloring \ud83d\ude42 It also takes the most time along with fussy cutting but the assembly is quick and easy!<\/p>\n

Details of Sweet Wishes Card<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Form 4.25 x 5.5-inch card base from white cardstock<\/li>\n
  2. Cut turquoise mat and fasten to card base using E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Cut dot patterned paper and fasten to card\u00a0base using\u00a0 E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a><\/li>\n
  4. Using white cardstock, cut a circle shape and cut off about .5 inch. Then fasten to the card using\u00a0E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a><\/li>\n
  5. Stamp images with black ink on white cardstock.\u00a0 Color with alcohol inks and cut out.<\/li>\n
  6. Stamp greeting on white cardstock. Trim to size and fasten to the turquoise mat using\u00a0E-Z Dots\u00ae Permanent Refillable Dispenser<\/a><\/li>\n
  7. Apply Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> to back of girl only. Apply\u00a03D Foam Squares \u2013 White Mix<\/a> behind the cake.\u00a0 (This pops up the cake a bit more and brings it forward.)\u00a0<\/em>Fasten to card<\/li>\n
  8. Apply\u00a03D Foam Squares \u2013 White Mix<\/a> to the back of the cat.\u00a0 (3D Foam Squares make the cat pop up more than the\u00a0girl.)\u00a0<\/em>Fasten to card.<\/li>\n
  9. Apply\u00a0Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> to butterfly and fasten to card<\/li>\n
  10. Apply\u00a0Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> to greeting and fasten to card.<\/li>\n
  11. Add glitter glue to candle flames, cake icing and cat hat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This technique of adding a different dimension using both\u00a0Thin 3D Foam Squares White Mix<\/a> and\u00a03D Foam Squares \u2013 White Mix<\/a>\u00a0can easily be adapted to other images for your own cardmaking. Give it a try!<\/p>\n
