Hello! It is Christine here today and I am delighted to be taking part in the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L<\/a>\u2122<\/em> and \u00a0Authentique Blog Hop.<\/p>\n

I’ve created a gift bag using the gorgeous Peaceful paper collection, these papers are just my cup of tea!<\/p>\n

Here are some of the items I have used, the pretty paper, die templates from Spellbinders – Grand Labels Four,\u00a0Classic Ovals Large, brown paper lunch bag\u00a0and E-Z Squares\u00ae<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Position your die templates onto the patterned paper. Cut\/emboss.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Slice your lunch bag, retaining the bottom third.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Open it out and you will see you have the inner section of your gift bag.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Attach the oval die template to cut just a semi circle.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Attach the lunch bag to the inside of your gift bag panels using E-Z Dots\u00ae<\/em>Permanent. \u00a0This will ensure a good strong hold.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Do this to both sides and your gift bag begins to take shape.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

For a clever embellishment, use your E-Z Squares\u00ae <\/em>dispenser to run a straight line along the bottom section of your gift bag.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Cover with embossing powder, shake off the excess.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Set with a heat gun.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Remember to use your 3D Foam Squares<\/a> on the pretty Authentique die cuts.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I added a Layered Poinsettia cut from more Authentique paper and tied on a pretty striped ribbon – finished!<\/p>\n

She\u2019s been published a few times and even won a car for writing a short story! Christine loves creating mixed media projects such as gift bags, frames and tags. Visualizing each as a gift for someone helps her go that extra mile. While locked away in her craft room, she always has a DVD playing, from her diverse collection from period dramas - Downton Abbey, Jane Austen to series like Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones. \u201cI always fast forward gory and scary bits!\u201d she laughs. Sometimes a glass of red wine helps with creativity, but of course, she drinks quite a lot of tea, of course! Christine loves Crafty Power Tape, and uses it on all projects from cards, scrapbook pages, tags and more. \u201cI am guaranteed perfect adhesion and I will not get stressed trying to lift off the backing!\u201d Christine has a little shop\/studio where occasionally she teaches classes. \u201cIt is enormously satisfying to come up with a project, share it with others and see the delight on their faces as they are creating.\u201d Christine has been on manufacturers design teams, and appeared on craft TV in the UK. She\u2019s been published a few times and even won a car for writing a short story! Christine loves creating mixed media projects such as gift bags, frames and tags. Visualizing each as a gift for someone helps her go that extra mile. While locked away in her craft room, she always has a DVD playing, from her diverse collection from period dramas - Downton Abbey, Jane Austen to series like Boardwalk Empire and Game of Thrones. \u201cI always fast forward gory and scary bits!\u201d she laughs. Sometimes a glass of red wine helps with creativity, but of course, she drinks quite a lot of tea, of course! Christine loves Crafty Power Tape, and uses it on all projects from cards, scrapbook pages, tags and more. \u201cI am guaranteed perfect adhesion and I will not get stressed trying to lift off the backing!\u201d Christine has a little shop\/studio where occasionally she teaches classes. \u201cIt is enormously satisfying to come up with a project, share it with others and see the delight on their faces as they are creating.\u201d Christine has been on manufacturers design teams, and appeared on craft TV in the UK.
