I am sharing a birthday card idea inspired by a photo my sister took. This photo inspired birthday card came about when my mom asked me to print a photo of their flag. She wanted to use it as a card for a friend who&#8217;s a veteran. Of course, I couldn&#8217;t just let her give it as is. So I made a quick card with it. On top of the card base, I layered patterned paper cut slightly smaller secured with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01254-e-z-runner-grand-permanent-dots-refill\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Dots Refill<\/a>. I fussy cut a red mat to fit behind it for a finished look.  Then fastened the red mat, using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/e-z-runner-grand-permanent-strips-dispenser-150-feet\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Refillable Dispenser<\/a> with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scrapbook-adhesives.com\/products\/c-01254-e-z-runner-grand-permanent-dots-refill\">E-Z Runner\u00ae Grand Permanent Dots Refill<\/a>.
