Hi, everyone! Teri<\/a> here to show you how to make fun banners with 3D Foam Pennants<\/a>, glitter and a few other basic supplies for your card!<\/p>\n

A Banner Idea<\/h2>\n

Let’s get going! Start by randomly adhering several strips of patterned paper onto a card front. Making a scrapbook page? Use a large piece of cardstock as the base for a layout instead.<\/p>\n

Now take three fishtail banners from the 3D Foam Pennants<\/a>. Leave the liner paper on one side. Dip them into glitter, covering completely them with the sparkly stuff. Remove the excess glitter and liner, and tack them onto your project.<\/p>\n

Cut a piece of twine and tie a bow at one end of it. Use Adhesive Dots Micro<\/a> to mount the twine to your card. Cut the excess twine with your scissors. It’s that simple!<\/p>\n

Cardmaking Accents<\/h2>\n

Complete your banners by adding another 3D Foam Shape and burnishing Metallic Foil Transfer Sheets Holographic Colors<\/a> onto it. Butterflies<\/a>, Flowers<\/a> and Hearts<\/a> all look wonderful on banners. Be sure to pick out a 3D Foam shape<\/a> that is appropriate for your card!<\/p>\n

Place three 3D Foam Circles<\/a> onto your card. Remove the liner paper and dump glitter over them. When you remove the excess, you’ll end up with something that looks like faux brads. <\/p>\n

To finish, stamp a sentiment, I’m using “Sending Good Vibes,” onto a strip of cardstock. Place it onto your card with 3D Foam Circles White Mix<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Make Some More!<\/h2>\n

You can easily recreate these banners. I followed the same design formula to make a second card.<\/p>\n

Slight changes were made. I changed the look of the card front by placing the patterned papers in a different way. The butterfly from 3D Foam Garden Shapes<\/a> is adhered at a different angle on the banner.<\/p>\n

Rather than placing the sentiment strip on it in the same place as the first card, I affixed it slightly higher on this one.<\/p>\n
